[Bug 816847] Re: RC2: optimizer windows hide each other

RC2 indeed, I was fooled by what Hugin displays in the "About" window.
I'm quite convinced this has appeared in RC2, I have been using Hugin
intensively in the last month and I couldn't have missed this. I just
counted 45 different projects since 2011/06/09 (and most of them needed
more than one optimization run). I downloaded v2011.0 on 2011/06/08 and
I must have installed it immediately.

...Ok, it would be stupid to miss this. I just checked. First the screen
grab for 2011.0 taken during the brief moment when the strategy window
is visible. This windows is automatically closed by Hugin when the
confirmation dialog opens.

Title:
RC2: optimizer windows hide each other

Status in Hugin - Panorama Tools GUI:
  New

Bug description:
v2011.2.0 on Windows Vista: when optimizing, first a Strategy 1 window
opens, then a strategy 2 window opens over strategy 1 but without
closing strategy 1, then the confirmation dialog opens, but most of
the times under the first two windows, almost hidden by them. IIRC, in
previous versions, everything happened inside a unique window, which
  was much more convenient IMO.
