Bug 814280 has been extensively discussed and dissected within Hugin.
It seems to be a threading issue affecting Enblend on Mac OS X 10.7
Lion.  I am not sure if it is an Enblend code bug, but it is definitely
of interest to the Enblend project.

Summary of the finding: the OpenMP version of Enblend shipped with Hugin
has spurious failures on Mac OS X 10.7 Lion.  Using the non-OpenMP
version built for Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger is a workaround that fixes the
user's problem.

For builders/developers:  Possibly something has changed in the OS X
scheduler between 10.6 and 10.7 that affects OpenMP.  It may be that
this is simply a build issue and new Enblend binaries need to be built
against OS X 10.7; or it may be an OpenMP bug; or it may be an Enblend
bug.  Further investigation is necessary.  Thank you for your help.
