Hugin 2011.0.0.0fd3e119979c on Win Vista SP2

On processing images 'Stitch Now' and saving the file to the desktop it
crashes 'explorer.exe' making the OS unusable,  only by deleting the
.tif files via command line restoring the OS to normal.
