Hugin 2011.4.0.cf9be9344356 - win64 build.

When trying to load images from a path that contains non-latin
characters (e.g. c:\תמונות\image.jpg) the application immediately
crashes. When trying to load the same image from a all-latin characters
path (e.g. c:\images\image.jpg) it works fine.
