[Bug 993037] [NEW] cpfind.exe crashes during initial Align

Public bug reported:

I'm attempting to align 11 EXR files that are 15 megapixels each. These
files were output from PhotomatixPro 4.2 and can be opened in Photoshop
CS5, at least. They are 32-bit HDR images.

I'm using the 64-bit version of Hugin 2011.04, but I also tried using
the 32-bit version of cpfind, which still crashes but in a slightly
different way. I'm using Windows 7 64-bit.

Exception Code: c00000fd

My workaround was to convert my EXR images to HDR format. cpfind had no
problems with that format.
