[Bug 1006992] [NEW] enblend fails not enough memory

Public bug reported:

I am creating a panorama with 50 input photos, of 4000x3000 pixels each.
Running on 32-bit Windows 7, with 4Gb RAM and 100Gb spare disc.

Hugin 2011.0.0 copes fine. Hugin 2011.4.0 fails as soon as it gets to
enblend with an out of memory error. (Note, not even after processing a
few images.) I tried various fiddling with cache sizes, with no
improvement.

What puzzles me is that the version of enblend.exe in 2011.0.0 is
identical to the latest version available for download on sourceforge,
but the version in 2011.4.0 is clearly quite different. (I can't see
how to get version numbers, but the sizes are 1.09 and 3.52 Mb
respectively.) When I install Hugin 2011.4.0, download enblend from
sourceforge and copy it over the version installed by Hugin it works
fine again.

A related fault (in my opinion) is that the 2011.4.0 version of enblend
stops with an error if it finds two input photos with too much overlap,
rather than reporting a warning, ignoring one of them and carrying on.
This means one has to correct the input and restart the whole process
which is very time consuming.

Regards.
