[Bug 1040016] [NEW] Hugin won't run because es_AR locale not found

Public bug reported:

OS: Mac OSX 10.6.8 (OS language set to Spanish - Spain)

Hugin version: latest stable for Mac (2011.4).
(tried both the installer and non-installer DMG versions, with same results)

When starting Hugin, a dialog claiming "Cannot set locale to 'es_AR'."
appears (first of all, note it's absurd because my System locale is set
to Spain, not Argentina).

This dialog isn't critical, you can dismiss it, and Hugin starts
(showing all the GUI in Spanish even if it said it couldn't find the
locale).

The critical problem arrives when you try to generate the panorama: The
batcher is launched, the dialog with the locale warning pops again, but
this time you cannot proceed, because the batcher jobs refuses to run,
claiming a file is missing.

So, the problem is critical, as Hugin (the batcher) cannot run under
this situation.

** Affects: hugin
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
