I can't reproduce this issue. 
It could be an issue if your special project. Could you provide the pto file where this happens?
But I assume it is related to your graphic system (graphic card + driver). Maybe updating the driver could resolve it. This would be something which is outside of our control.

  Fast Preview lines issue

Bug description:
  2012.0.0.8644d58bc334 on Windows 7 64 bits

  In the preview window, Panini General projection, when fiddling with
  the "Cmpr." setting, the image gets covered with blue lines so that
  the preview is nearly impossible. The blue lines return to normal if
  the Cmpr setting is restored to 100. This problem does not happen when
  changing the other settings.
