[Bug 1265480] [NEW] AIS on Windows 32bit broken

Public bug reported:

Hi,

a bug which occurs just in the 32bit version when I try to align 2 tiff images (align_image_stack from the console) with deflate compression: I get tons of this message
> P1010132.tif: Deflate compression support is not configured.

This occurs with the official binaries Hugin_2013.0.0_32bit_Windows.7z.

The thing is that older versions of align_image_stack DID support
deflate compression, and moreover the 64bit build still does. Some time
ago I posted a bug (#1165710) that the two windows builds (32,64 bit)
are compiled in a very different ways. Please align the two windows
builds to support the same features especially including deflate
compression for tiffs.

Best,
