I am pretty sure the 2014.0.0-beta1 batch processor does not generate
the pop-ups that cause the 2012 and 2013 versions to become
unresponsive.  In the earlier versions they appear at the start of
stitching, and in the beta1 version they don't.  But I wasn't able to
complete a stitch with the beta1 version because it kept throwing up
exceptions.  I'm really not sure if it is kosher to run programs from a
new version of hugin without having installed it first, but that's what
I did.  Maybe that explains the exceptions.

Bug description:
  I get hundreds of Warniing popups, when stitching together TIF files:

  Had to cancel stitching, the popups were just too much.
