With GPU remapping on, the panorama generation fails. Wihtout GPU
remapping, everything runs smoothly.

Win 7 64 bit, Intel HD Graphics 4600 (integrated Haswell GPU) with
newest driver (10.18.10.3540 from 30/3/2014).

Tried in both Hugin 2014.0.0.6951a0bde18c (64bit) and
2014.0.0.51ff237f209e (32bit).
