Public bug reported:

Both HuginSetup_2014.0.0_32bit_Windows.exe and
Hugin_2014.0.0_32bit_Windows.7z contain file hugin.exe. if I try to run
this file, I get the message: "... is not a valid Win32 application".
And the program does not start.

Curiously, the one who compiled it, run it on own computer?
