Why is outdated? For win32 - Hugin 2016 can not stitch a panorama, Hugin
2015 nobody compiled, Hugin 2014 can't start anyway.

The last working version for win32 is Hugin 2013. Why is outdated.

You close the bugs just to make them less? Curiously.

  Hugin 2014 win32 build from SourceForge.net not run under Windows XP
  SP3

  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  Both HuginSetup_2014.0.0_32bit_Windows.exe and
  Hugin_2014.0.0_32bit_Windows.7z contain file hugin.exe. if I try to
  run this file, I get the message: "... is not a valid Win32
  application". And the program does not start.

  Curiously, the one who compiled it, run it on own computer?
