FIXED :-)

I had Hugin on this computer some time ago, so I guess there might have
been some leftovers in the registry.

Holding down Ctrl did allow Hugin to load, I got the same crash the next
time I loaded it.

I exported the registry entries and just deleted the
hugin\GLPreviewFrame, key this fixed the problem and allows me to load
Hugin and the GL fast Preview ok.

Here is the removed section of the reg file in case anyone wants to try
and replicate the issue:

Title:
  ACCESS_VIOLATION crash on startup (Hugin-2016.2.0-win64)

Status in Hugin:
  New

Bug description:
  After displaying the splash screen I get a debug report window. The
  outline of the Panorama stitcher window and overview window are shown
  (the overview is undocked).

  I've tried uninstalling, emptying the c:\Program Files\Hugin directory
  and reinstalling but get the same issue.

  The batch and lens tools load ok.

  
  Windows 10 Ver 1607 (OS Build 14393.1066)
  NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 (Driver version 376.53)
  Note the display is a UHD Samsung U28D590 which has a resolution of 3480x2160px
