[Bug 2091323] Re: Enblend dark patches in 32bit tiff files (builtin blending works fine)

What version of enblend are you using? There have been some changes
about half a year ago that may be relevant to your issue.

The download link doesn't work for me -- it just redirects to the main
page. If the problem is reproducible with a current enblend build I'd
be interested in taking a look. Could you reupload the images + pto
somewhere, or if they are fairly small, attach them here?

cheers, lukas wirz

Title:
Enblend dark patches in 32bit tiff files (builtin blending works fine)

Status in Enblend:
  New

Bug description:
trying to stitch any (or all) of the photos in the the following batch
  (https://filetransfer.io/data-package/bYlL38py#link), causes enblend
to create visual artifacts (muted colors and dark patches). The
builtin (hard seams) blending mode has no problem handling the input
  however.

The tiff files are generated by Darktable, are 32bit float/channel,
with values greater than zero ( >0). No error is reported during
  stitching.

  running on:
  M1 Mac, macOS Sequoia 15.1.1
  Hugin 2024.0.1.ead3af10a01a
