Sager Np5125 (built on clevo b5100)

Hi all, i have a Sager Np5125 with nvidia gt330m optimus gpu. my cpu is Core
i5-540m with igpu ofcourse.

sudo dmidecode -s system-product-name - B5100

sudo dmidecode -s system-version - Not Applicable

lspci -vnnn | perl -lne 'print if /^\d+\:.+(\[\S+\:\S+\])/' | grep VGA:
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller [0300]: Intel Corporation Core Processor
Integrated Graphics Controller [8086:0046] (rev 02)
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller [0300]: nVidia Corporation Device
[10de:0a29] (rev a2)

ubuntu works fine but installing nvidia proprietary drivers results in black
screen, in 10.4 all is black and i can't see even tty, and in 10.10 RC1 only
x.org (alt+ctrl+f7) is black and ttys are fine, i can see and use them,
which is even wierder, or not, i don't know what posts the graphics for the
tty's...

tried the work around for sony
vaios<http://code.google.com/p/vaio-f11-linux/wiki/NVIDIASetup>by
adding the command to use DFP-0 in xorg.conf and the log sais it
cannot
find DFP-0, only CRT-0 is available, i wonder what is this CRT-0 that it
detects, it's not the VGA out, tried connection and monitor there and it
just doubled the laptop screen.
it might be the HDMI but i don't have anything i can connect there ATM, and
it doesn't metter since i need it to post to the laptop screen, not the
HDMI.

i wonder why in sony vaio with optimus gt330m it detects the DFP-0 and in
mine it doesn't suppose to be the same technology...
