Message #00635
Dell Vostro 3700 Laptop
Hey everyone,
I've been monitoring this group for a while now.
Although I've been using Linux as my main OS for a year and a half (glad
to be rid of Windows ;D), I have yet to learn to do any useful
programing with this... I only have dabbled with some bash and sh scripting.
I am willing to test as requested. I am continually working on bettering
my linux knowledge by way of installing and testing various linux
distros. Thus far I've tested:
CentOS
Fedora
Mandriva
LinuxMint LXDE/Gnome/XFCE
Lubuntu
Ubuntu
Xubuntu (Current OS)

Processor: Intel Core i5 460M x2 Cores @ 2.53 GHz each

If there is anything I can help with... please let me know.
I have not tested the acpi_call. Although will running LinuxMint 10
Gnome I did have vga_switcheroo installed, although it didn't work as
far as switching off either graphics card.
