* Compilation of the modules with gcc 4.6 is ok.

* The make installer works but is not produced the file
/sys/kernel/debug/vgaswitcheroo/switch

* Adapting the ubuntu/fedora steps by Alex (see:
https://lists.launchpad.net/hybrid-graphics-linux/msg00832.html ) I have
been able to obtain the switch file but:
 -> not at every boot (don't know why)
 -> loading nouveau module with rc.conf a black screen happens from times to
times during the boot requiring an hard reboot
 -> loading nouveau into the initial ramdisk with mkinitcpio the black
screen during boot always happens

* When the file is created, the OFF option works fine with a consistent save
of power (6~7 W), not tested the switch.
