Which DE do you use?

I test now on fluxbox instead of KDE:

$ optirun64 glxgears
2001 frames in 5.0 seconds = 400.180 FPS
3460 frames in 5.0 seconds = 691.941 FPS
2942 frames in 5.0 seconds = 588.279 FPS
2148 frames in 5.0 seconds = 429.565 FPS
3099 frames in 5.0 seconds = 619.716 FPS

Which mean how bad this architectural just to "save" electricity or
prevent user from downgrade to XP or to move to Linux :)
