If 'apport-bug' is not a typo you can use command-not-found to lookup
the package that contains it, like this:
    cnf apport-bug
saltsman@faust:/usr/src/bumblebee> zypper se apport-bug
Loading repository data...
Reading installed packages...
No packages found.
saltsman@faust:/usr/src/bumblebee>
