  edit link, unselect link in nodeeditor, edit rule crashes

  Fix Released

Bug description:
  i did not anticipate that one would deselect the link in nodeeditor
  while editing the link rule and this crashes program.

  rules-manager.scm (line460) 
  (doeditlink selected-linkID edited-nodeID ruleID)

  edited-linkID is set when we pressed edit link button (that pops up rules manager)
  I would think using edited-linkID which remembers which object's rules are we editing
  rather than the selected-linkID which remembers which link is selected is the fix.
