Title:
  delete dest node of a link, undo delete does not bring the link back

Status in HypeDyn:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  I made sure deletion of source node of a link recreates the link when undoing,
  but I did not do it for the destination node.

  fixed by 
  1) getting all the follow link action that has the node getting deleted as dest node
  2) deleting those actions
  3) updating the line drawing
