  page-breaks are broken in mobile

Bug description:
  Page-breaks are broken in mobile. Mobile seems to work ok if page-
  breaks are disabled, but when they are enabled, the page length is
  very short, and the page indicators are at the top of the page
  overlapping the menu bar. Possibly this is the result of fiddling I
  did with the css files? See attached screenshot.
