  rule manager display not updated when changing the edited

Status in HypeDyn:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  removing component does not refresh the container panel
  therefore when we switch between editing different rules we do not see the rule manager panel update properly

  for example if node1 has 2 rules and we switch to editing node2 with only 1 rule, the panel for the second rule is still visible.
  this is purely a display problem as dragging the dialog box out of the screen forces a redraw and the problem is not there anymore.

  a component-update should be called on rule manager whenever we
  doeditlink and donoderule
