Bug description:
  Disabled links are not shown as bold. This is most likely the result
  of the rewriting of the rule triggering mechanism. Based on HypeDyn
  2.1.8 behaviour, if a link has a rule containing a "follow link" or
  "update fact" action, but the rule is not satisfied, the link should
  be bold but not underlined. For example, in LRRH.dyn, the "red hood"
  link in the start node should initially be bold but not underlined.
  Instead, it is currently neither bold nor underlined.
