[Bug 395130] Re: decode the satelite map.
I've written the patch, I think. It compiles (badly: I get a warning
from the compiler: unused variable).
I don't have a track in my I-gotu at the moment, and it won't get a fix
where I am now. And I didn't create a raw image either. :-(

Bug description:
The raw info from the GPS unit has the satelites-in-view as a 32bit binary value. The GPX format also supports something like this, so it can be decoded and dumped.
