OK. Patch tested! It works. gpsbabel and
http://www.chrislacy.net/map/current/index.html?u=1 do not complain
about the resulting GPX file.

Bug description:
The raw info from the GPS unit has the satelites-in-view as a 32bit binary value. The GPX format also supports something like this, so it can be decoded and dumped.
