I connect the device to my laptop (OSX) using USB, start up igotu2gpx,
and it says it's "Retrieving info...", then it just sits there forever,
with both the red and blue LEDs showing on the device.

If I mess around with button on the device eventually something changes
and  igotu2gpx manages to get the info.

So, what is it that I'm doing to make it work? Is it a long click-and
hold? Is it the short click? I can't find any logic to it.

Maybe someone could enlighten me, please.
