Maybe because my bzr-trunk-tree went from version 99 to 126 in one go, but
I had: 

assurancetourix:~/i-gotu/bzr/igotu2gpx> make
make: *** No rule to make target `igotu.pro', needed by `Makefile'.  Stop.
assurancetourix:~/i-gotu/bzr/igotu2gpx> cp igotu2gpx.pro igotu.pro
assurancetourix:~/i-gotu/bzr/igotu2gpx> make
... works....
