Public bug reported:

weather.com data feed is no longer free
(http://www.tropicdesigns.net/blog/weather-com-suddenly-cancels-their-
free-xml-data-feed-for-developers/). We should change to some other free
data feed (http://www.worldweatheronline.com/). Also, maybe it would be
good to write weather API and put it in screenlets core (sensors.py
maybe?) because there are many weather type screenlets that pulls info
from same location but every one of them implements different methods.
