changes pushed to ius-el4 stable

The following changes have been pushed to ius-stable for el4:

Installing From IUS Repositories

Then either install:

	root@linuxbox ~]$ yum install <package1> <package2>


OR upgrade if you already have IUS Packages installed:

	root@linuxbox ~]$ yum upgrade
