I have been able to reproduce the issue with the latest RPM from ftp.imagemagick.org:

# rpm -ivh ImageMagick-6.6.7-10.x86_64.rpm

 You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
 You could try running: package-cleanup --problems
                        package-cleanup --dupes
                        rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
