[Bug 501922] [NEW] RFE: Add python-pycurl package for RHEL/CentOS 5

Public bug reported:

There is a little name confusion that I was not able to resolve. In the
stock CentOS 5 repo, the RPM is called "python-curl". In the Fedora epel
repo, it's called "python-pycurl". Regardless, the python module is the
same, "pycurl", in both packages.

Attached is a SRPM for this package, built and tested for i386.

** Affects: ius
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
