I tried from many locations and it seems that the 500-error comes from some hungarian places:
-80.98.121.X is our office behind a Proxy
-212.92.23.X is a server in the same building than 94.199.180.X buit the last IP works.
-195.228.152.X is a server at Hungarian Telecom co-location where also works.
Seems to me that it has some kind of IP based limitation.

Please check the logs if you can, or ask your server operator to check
the logs for the IP-s, to see what happened.

Bug description:
This produces an error for me yum update. Now I try to IUS repository.

[root@testserver ~]# yum update

[Errno 14] HTTP Error 500: Internal Server Error
Error: Cannot find a valid baseurl for repo: ius
