Public bug reported:

IUS packages, specifically phpXX are incompatible with Plesk in that
plesk is only looking for the package named 'php' ... and not 'what
provides php'.  This means when replacing php with php52/php53 Plesk
doesn't show php as being installed/usable for sites.
