Sebastian, can you show the full Yum shell commands you ran *before*
'transaction solve'?  Also, we haven't updated the docs yet... but the
new recommended process for upgrades is to use the 'yum-replace-plugin'
that is now in ius-stable:

# yum install yum-replace-plugin

# yum replace mysql --replace-with mysql51


We are working on getting the mysql51-psa-compat work-around added to the next mysql50/mysql51 updates.

Bug description:
same like  #583485 Incompatible with Plesk (PSA) but for mysql51
IUS packages, specifically mysqlXX are incompatible with Plesk in that plesk is only looking for the package named 'mysql' ... and not 'what provides mysql'. This means when replacing mysql with mysql51 plesk will be removed from the system.
