Hey,

we ran:

yum shell
remove mysql mysql-server
install mysql51 mysql51-server
transaction solve

Plesk is Version 9.5.2.

We got running Plesk running fine with MySQL 5.1 from Atomic Repository
after mysql_upgrade and mysqlcheck to update the databases.

Bug description:
same like  #583485 Incompatible with Plesk (PSA) but for mysql51
IUS packages, specifically mysqlXX are incompatible with Plesk in that plesk is only looking for the package named 'mysql' ... and not 'what provides mysql'. This means when replacing mysql with mysql51 plesk will be removed from the system.
