Unfortunately RHEL 6 php53 is currently 5.3.2, This is already more than
a year out of date.  And a year behind IUS.

The IUS packages are also providing FPM support that RHEL isn't
currently providing.

The only things I've found missing from IUS thus far are SQLite support,
and mod_fastcgi.  mod_fcgid doesn't do it for php-fpm, and thus I've
been rolling my own rpm for mod_fastcgi.

Thanks again for providing this resource, after packaging php myself for
years, I'm very glad to have found this.

Bug description:
  Originally thought we wouldn't support php53 on ius-6, however users
  in #rhel are asking about it as the stock php in RHEL 6 might not be
  cutting it.
