Thank you for your bug report Jason.

It does appear some of the mirrors are out of sync with IUS upstream.

The reason for the md5 difference is related to the repo move which
happened just a few weeks ago.

I will be getting in contact with the mirrors that are out of sync here
shortly.

  php53u-5.3.6-1.ius.el5.x86_64.rpm RPM. (RHEL5 x86_64)
