[Bug 922663] Re: php53u-cli incorrectly requires php53u

It looks like this bug is gone. There were 2 issues with my report.
First, I got the dependency wrong. I went to install php53u-cli and
php53u was included in the dependencies, so I assumed php53u-cli
required php53u. It turns out that php53u-common required php53u
incorrectly. Second, it looks like I have php53u-5.3.6 in my local
repo. You are installing php53u-5.3.9, so I am outdated and it looks
like the problem has been fixed inbetween 5.3.6 and 5.3.9. So, sorry
for the false bug report.

the php53u-cli package is for installing the command line php. it
should only require php53u-common. currently, it requires php53u
(with all of those associated dependencies). please update the
dependencies for the package php53u-cli. thanks!
