[Bug 1082148] [NEW] CentOS 6.3 includes mysql-libs; can't upgrade to mysql55-libs

Public bug reported:

I have a new CentOS 6.3 server, built from the image at stock image
Rackspace Cloud. This includes mysql-libs:

$ yum list installed | grep mysql
mysql-libs.x86_64 5.1.61-4.el6 @anaconda-CentOS-201207061011.x86_64/6.3

Looks like cronie, cronie-anacron, crontabs, and postfix list this as a
dependency.

Doing

yum replace mysql-libs --replace-with mysql55-libs

results in

Downloading Packages:
mysql55-libs-5.5.28-2.ius.el6.x86_64.rpm | 783 kB 00:00
Running rpm_check_debug
ERROR with rpm_check_debug vs depsolve:
/etc/cron.d is needed by (installed) crontabs-1.10-33.el6.noarch
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
Your transaction was saved, rerun it with: yum load-transaction /tmp/yum_save_tx-2012-11-22-19-30nrPY6m.yumtx

No matter what I try, I can't get mysql55 onto this image.
