Hello Jason,

Thanks for contacting us regarding this request.   I have been looking
over this request to see if it is a good fit for IUS.  Looking at their
pecl page, they have only beta releases.  Typically we do not package
beta software, although exceptions have been made on a case by case
basis.  Also there has been improvements and bug fixes that have been
committed to their github project and not made it into a pecl release.

Fedora's Rawhide does have a package, but its built off a git commit and
not an official releases.   Epel also has a package, but it is built off
the stale beta release from pecl.

Based on this information, I do not think this package is a good fit for
IUS.   If you feel that there are other factors or information that
would make this package a good fit  for IUS,  please update this bug and
we will take them into account.
