This does appear to be the case:

$ rpm -qp http://dl.iuscommunity.org/pub/ius/stable/Redhat/6/x86_64/python32-3.2.3-10.ius.el6.x86_64.rpm -l | grep /usr/bin/python
/usr/bin/python3
/usr/bin/python3.2
/usr/bin/python3.2mu

$ rpm -qp http://dl.iuscommunity.org/pub/ius/stable/Redhat/6/x86_64/python33-3.3.0-7.ius.el6.x86_64.rpm -l | grep /usr/bin/python
/usr/bin/python3.3
/usr/bin/python3.3m

Bug description:
  The python33 rpm installs /usr/bin/python3.3 but the scripts provided
  call python3. Recommend adding a symlink so that python3 exists.
