Hello Blake,

The missing mysql55 packages and the php54-ioncube-loader package have
been added to the CentOS 5 x86_64 repo and I was able to install mysql55
and php54-ioncube-loader.

  Missing dependencies for MySQL 5.5 on CentOS 5 x86_64

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce:

  1.) Perform a minimal install of CentOS 5.9 x86_64
  2.) Install the EPEL and IUS rpm packages
  3.) Try to install MySQL 5.5 via yum

  I have verified that i am able to install a lower version MySQL (5.1)
  'mysql51-server' package via yum
