[Bug 1196040] Re: PHP 5.5 missing dependencies

Hello Leam,

Do you have the IUS testing repo enabled? By default it is disabled and
yum should not be trying to install testing package unless it got
enabled. The php55 packages are only available in the testing repos at
this time.

Even with the testing repos enabled, the deserved effect is not upgrade
stock php or other IUS php versions via 'yum upgrade'. I believe this
issue got addressed with php55*-5.5.0-3, as I am unable to replicated
the behavior.

If you are still having issues, can you let us know which php packages
you have installed and what repos are enabled.

-Ben

Title:
  PHP 5.5 missing dependencies

Status in IUS Community Project:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
   uname -a

  Linux shaphan 2.6.32-358.11.1.el6.x86_64 #1 SMP Wed Jun 12 03:34:52
  UTC 2013 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

When doing a general "yum update" I get the following errors:

  Error: Package: php55-common-5.5.0-2.ius.el6.x86_64 (ius-testing)
             Requires: php-pecl-jsonc(x86-64)
  Error: Package: php55-common-5.5.0-2.ius.el6.x86_64 (ius-testing)
             Requires: php55-pecl-jsonc(x86-64)

I actually don't have php 5.5 installed. "rpm -qa | grep php5" yields nothing.
