[Bug 1196040] [NEW] PHP 5.5 missing dependencies

Public bug reported:

 uname -a

Linux shaphan 2.6.32-358.11.1.el6.x86_64 #1 SMP Wed Jun 12 03:34:52 UTC
2013 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

When doing a general "yum update" I get the following errors:

Error: Package: php55-common-5.5.0-2.ius.el6.x86_64 (ius-testing)
           Requires: php-pecl-jsonc(x86-64)
Error: Package: php55-common-5.5.0-2.ius.el6.x86_64 (ius-testing)
           Requires: php55-pecl-jsonc(x86-64)

I actually don't have php 5.5 installed. "rpm -qa | grep php5" yields nothing.

** Affects: ius
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
