We typically keep a new release in the testing repos for two weeks
before pushing them into the stable repos. This allows the community to
do testing. If a new release includes fixes for CVEs, we like to push
the packages to the stable repos as soon as possible.  Since this
release does contain fixes for CVEs, this release has been pushed to the
stable repos.
