mmckinst, I have pulled in your changes and built php55u-5.5.1-4.ius.
These packages have been tagged as test-candidate. It will be in placed
in the testing repos tonight and can take around 24 hours to hit all the
mirrors.

Please do some testing and let us know if these package are functioning
as they should.
