Ben,

Regarding the changes:

* php-litespeed works fine.
* there's no longer an error about json already being loaded when using php-fpm

I don't see the 5.5.1-4 RPMs in testing yet but when I built them here
they worked fine. It's an easy thing to see if its working, if phpinfo
says the PCRE Library is version 8.32 instead of 7.8, that means it is
working.
