Title:
  feature request: include libmysqlservices.a for mysql56u-devel

Status in IUS Community Project:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  IUS received a pull request[0] by y-ken about adding the
  libmysqlservices.a file to the mysql56u-devel  package.   This bug
  will be used to track this request.   The changes in the pull request
  do not work.  I will look into this request and update this bug when
  there is additional information.
